Dear Friends,
I am so thankful to share this great news with you. After a long
break, God finally let me go on a mission trip with nine other
members of the KX community, including three preteens. As many of
you know, my heart and vision are to help young people learn
God’s plan as early as possible. I look forward to seeing God’s
work in our team and the children in Mongolia through this
mission trip.
Since it’s my first mission trip to lead at the KX Church, I need
your prayer support greatly. Please pray that
God leads me clearly and that I can obey Him
wholeheartedly.
I know many of you have hearts to go but cannot because of work & family commitments. I invite you to participate by supporting us in prayer and financially (the funds will go towards some of the trip's costs and for the presents and donations we will share with the children there). We do covet your prayers for protection and guidance throughout!
With much love and
gratitude,
Eunice

Mongolian Christianity
Revival and Growth (1990s - Present):
- With the fall of the Soviet Union and Mongolia's transition to democracy in the early 1990s, religious freedom was restored. This period marked the resurgence of Christianity in Mongolia.
- Foreign missionaries, often from South Korea and other countries, began arriving to share the Christian faith. They established churches, conducted outreach, and engaged in various social and humanitarian activities.
- Despite initial resistance and challenges, Christianity began to gain some acceptance among Mongolians, especially the younger generations.
- Over time, Mongolian Christians also emerged as leaders and evangelists within their own communities, contributing to the growth of the local Christian movement.
Challenges and Progress:
- Cultural barriers, including Mongolia's deep-rooted Buddhist and shamanistic traditions, presented challenges to the spread of Christianity.
- Some Christian groups were viewed skeptically, and there were cases of confusion between authentic Christian teachings and unorthodox beliefs.
- Legal and bureaucratic obstacles in registering churches and obtaining official recognition sometimes hampered the activities of Christian groups.
- After a rapid growth of christanity in the country, there has been steady decline in last 10 years.
